At the very minimum it
should be a Film SLR or Digital SLR with a 8MP
minimum resolution.
A f/2.8 lens is the most common lens professionals use, since some
church's do NOT allow flash photography during the ceremony.
NEVER should a Film or
Digital Point-N-Shoot be used.
They are good for general everyday use, but not for capturing
special moments, fast movements, or low light.
In House Primary Equipment Used Is:
Digital SLR
Canon 10.1-megapixel
(Primary)
Along with 2 Canon
Back-up Bodies
Medium Format Film
Mamiya 645AFD II (Primary)
Zenza Bronica ETRSi
Q: I've never heard of Mamiya
and/or Bronica...
A: These are high end medium format cameras, that
cost several thousand dollar's just for the bare body without any
lens, backs, etc.
Also only professional photo labs carry, and can process the film
used in them.
