About Our Staff:
David Keefer - Photographic Artist/Owner
I started learning photography from my father, and while in high school.
My first camera was a Kodak 126 that used square pop bulbs.
(If you know what the above is, you know my age range)
Then in high school I got an ALL manual Minolta XG-1 SLR from my older sister.
The camera did Nothing for you, it was manual focus, manual exposure settings,
manual film advanced & rewind, etc.
In 2004 I switched careers full-time to photography after doing electronics and I.T. work
after 15 years, while doing photography on the side part-time.
I have worked for such companies as Bryn-Alan, Bob Knight, and Lifetouch to name
a few.
During which time I have learned from and worked with some great photographers.
After listening to parent comments and complaints over the years, in 2007 I found an
entry level location in Boca Raton, FL and opened my own studio full time.
And still do some contract work for larger companies here and there.
Over the past year the current location has gotten a little cramped, and again listening to
the parents of high school seniors I will be moving to a nicer and slightly larger
studio location.
With this new location I will be able to sit down with you the client after the
shoot, and show you the photographic portraits.

I have been working with video equipment for about a year
now.
I started to like photography back in high school with
Black and White photos. (Link or Photo)
Over the years that followed it as a hobby. But, when I
met David whom was willing to give his vast knowledge and expertise to work
under his direction, I should be able to capture great memories for
everyone.
